KIVANÇ BARUÖNÜ

He was born on October 11, 1969, in Zonguldak. After completing his primary, secondary, and high school education in Zonguldak, he entered Ankara University Radio, Television, and Cinema Department. In the same years, he was primarily interested in theater and photography. He started working in the field of television journalism during his university years. He worked as a reporter in the program "32. Day". He worked for many years as a programmer and broadcasting director at Genç Radyo and Klas Radyo, one of Turkey's first private radio stations. He founded the Number One music channel. Baruönü moved to a new field that was formed in parallel with the music industry and started to work as a clip director. He made a name for himself with the clips he shot especially in İzzet Öz Production between the early 90s and 2000s. In addition to all these, the experience that made the biggest contribution to his directing was his work as a consultant and visual director in the news program A TAKIMI prepared and presented by Savaş Ay for a long time. Kıvanç Baruönü, who took part in many films such as "Dansöz", "G.O.R.A", "And Butterfly's Dream", started as a feature film director. He directed the films The Boss Wants a Happy Ending in 2014, Talk As Much as Your Husband in 2015, and Talk As Much as Your Husband: Diriliş and Göremce in 2016.
